Who watches the SuperFriends?

When the Watchmen originally came out 400 years ago, "Who watches the Watchmen?" was a phrase emblazoned many DC titles, be it in the corner or on a back page ad. Before viral internet marketing, getting a buzz out was done this way.It was clever and cool. Even later on you might see the phrase in other titles as an homage to the classic book. What does this have to do with the following video? Not very much.
