Yes we know! June 12th.
It's not a pop culture phenomenon. People are excited, but not that excited. Your average PS3 player is going to hate this game after 4 hours since they will only have had 15 minutes of actual game play. This game looks pretty awesome. I am sure it will be, but then like every Metal Gear game in the past it gets to a certain point where you feel like the picture above.
MGS4 is not going to make me go out and buy a PS3, and like every other Metal Gear game they get released on different systems.
Of course if God of War 3 is Playstation exclusive, that is a different story.
